<![CDATA[Extraction error message]]>When downloading a restore file from my off-site backup, I get an error message (see attached).

I did not get the message when using WinRar,

Ideas?

BTW, I do have PA set to run as administrator.

Then from the web access (so you can get to your files when away from your computer), you can choose files to restore (up to half a gig right now), click restore. Then it creates a zip you can download for 24 hours.

This has been useful on the road more than once.

It saves it as series of files? I am sure there is a setting somewhere?

You might want to check with CrashPlan and see what they are using it. I have, until recently, done it numerous times without a hitch.

Does it work when you simply right click on it in Explorer and select Extract here?

Used it many times before with a hitch. maybe just something odd with the way they now create their zip files.
