then right-click on either file…PA’s menu won’t have any “extract to” voice, while WinR**'s has.

how can that be? PA obviously can’t recognize the type of file…

Reason it is there is that in some cases, when you have large SFX archives, it will slow down your system when you just click on the file in Windows Explorer. So in certain cases, depending on what you do on your computer, you certainly might want it off.
