<![CDATA[PA Forum Problem]]>Is it normal that if I want to send e-mail message to someone
from PA forum, I receive message:
“Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails.
If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator
and they may be able to help.”

This message is incorrect, because I tried to send mail to the user, which didn’t disable this feature…
