I get it in Opera/Firefox and Google Chrome when I use the links supplied by PA team via Twitter.

Note: Couldn’t find a link to report a “false warning” though.

Good points, but in this case it’s a warning that comes from bit.ly themselves, as you can see by looking at the URL. So, I suspect that someone has reported the powerarchiver.com url as “spam or unsolicited software or web sites” to bit.ly admins, who then chose to display that warning to users.

All the download links in Twitter that link to the “test” versions seem to give that. Maybe someone has erroneously reported the URL as spam or something.
