what am I doing wrong guys please?</p>
<p dir="auto">just upgraded to 2009 pro but never used this plug-in before…can someone please help this silly old fart to configure correctly please.</p>

<p dir="auto">I realise this hasn’t given us an answer as to why it happened in the first place but I appreciate your efforts.</p>

Open Outlook. Goto the Tools menu and select Trust Center.</p>
<p dir="auto">In the Trust Center click on Add-ins on the left side. Do you see an entry that reads ‘PAOP’ under ‘Active Application Add-ins’?</p>
<p dir="auto">If not, then at the bottom of the windowyou’ll see ‘Manage: Com Add-ins’. Click the Go button. In the new window, click the Add button and browse to the location of ‘PAOUTLOOK.DLL’ and select it. Click Ok.</p>
<p dir="auto">You may have to restart Outlook for the plugin to load.<br />

I have UAC turned off and I use NOD32 anti-virus which I’m unable to stop intergrating into outlook 2007 without uninstalling it first.<br />
I am able to stop the antivirus monitoring my emails but it still remains intergrated into outlook.</p>
<p dir="auto">thanks again…hopefully the team here can find a solution over the coming weeks.</p>

Two run Vista, the other XP. On both of my Vista computers I have the User Account Control turned off.</p>
<p dir="auto">I don’t know if this could be causing an issue or not. Just grasping at straws hoping to find something that might work for you.</p>
<p dir="auto">The other thought I have, could it be an anti-virus program not allowing the PAOP to install correctly?</p>
<p dir="auto">You have probably already thought of all this, just trying to toss some ideas out there.</p>

<p dir="auto">i took the liberty of removing it though on my second attempt just in case it was conflicting with the plug-in.<br />
the older version of the plug-in installed ok though with the backup program still installed.</p>

<p dir="auto">it has nothing to do with PA specifically, but with Outlook and PAOP integration. So no need to uninstall PA.</p>

<p dir="auto">PAOP 2.03 was not changed for PA 2009, it is same release as before…</p>
