Make sure the filename on your Local drive is mosproductsnap_1.1.0.tar.gz . Then it works perfect!</p>
<p dir="auto">After downloading with IE from URL you post, I got mosproductsnap_1.1.0.tar.tar file, and this file couldn’t be extracted perfectly because we can’t know this is GZIPed TAR.</p>

PA10.20.02.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can open PA And view the files within the .tar.gz archive then drag and drop each one to a folder and that works.</p>
<p dir="auto">But the auto extract button doesnt seem to recognise it.</p>
<p dir="auto">I can also confirm this is not fixed in Beta 3 PA10.20.03</p>
