<![CDATA[Can't delete files in an archive!]]>I’m using PowerArchiver 2004 V9.25 and I’ve got a problem. Hope, somebody can help me with this…

The problem is, that I can not delete files, which are in an archive. I make backups of all my savegames with PowerArchiver. My Backup-Zip-File is nearly 400 MB. Now I want to delete some old savegames and if I choose a file, which I want to delete, the Delete-Button is grey. The Button is inactive. But why?

The Zip-File is not write protected. Could it be, that the file is too big??

I don’t know, if it works because of the new Beta. I installed PA2006, but it didn’t work. So I extracted all of the files, which are in the archive. Then I packed them in a new archive and that’s it - it works!

works with the zip tutorial.

must be something todo with the size or format. Your using zip format.

Is the archive read only as this can be the fault in many cases.
